Shipping policy

All orders within South Africa will be delivered by courier to your door by Pudo/The Courier Guy or Aramex couriers, depending on which area your parcel is being delivered to. Parcels will only be delivered to physical addresses – no PO Boxes – where somebody will be able to sign for and receive the parcel during working hours. 

Delivery cost and time

All deliveries within South Africa have a R70 delivery fee . For Cape Town deliveries please allow 1 -2 days for your order to reach you and up to six working days for the rest of South Africa (seven working days if you live in an outer-lying area).

*Only for orders delivered to an address in South Africa.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched and you can track its progress directly through the relevant courier company.

 Collection

To forego shipping costs, all products can be collected by buyers from our shop in Milnerton, Cape Town - Shop 2A, The Paddocks Shopping Centre, Corner of Racecourse & Grand National Boulevard, Milnerton, 7441. This option is available at checkout.
