Refund policy

We check all products for defects before they are shipped. If a damaged item does slip through our quality check we would be happy to exchange it and pay the courier cost for it, but please report it to us within 3 working days of receiving your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know by emailing sarah-jane@covermepretty.co.za. We do exchange items that are returned within 5 working days, provided that the item is in the exact condition it was sent with tags attached and unworn. The exchange will be done once the item is received by Cover Me Pretty and inspected. The courier costs of the items sent back will go to the buyer. Unfortunately we do not do any refunds.
